Acceptable use policy
Last updated 4 September 2026
This policy sets out what is not acceptable when using this website or our voice agent services. It exists because automated calling can be misused, and we would rather be clear about it up front.
Using this website
You may not use this site in any way that breaks the law, is fraudulent, or is intended to harm anyone. In particular, you may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, introduce malicious code, or submit our forms automatically or in bulk.
Using our voice agents
Customers of our voice agent service agree to additional terms, but the following apply to everyone and are not negotiable.
- You must not use our agents to make calls that break UK marketing rules, including calling numbers registered with the Telephone Preference Service without a lawful basis
- You must not use our agents to impersonate a person or organisation, or to conceal who is calling
- You must not use our agents for harassment, intimidation, or repeated unwanted contact
- You must not use our agents to obtain financial details, passwords or identity documents under false pretences
- You must not use our agents to make calls you do not have a lawful basis to make
- You must not disable or misconfigure the disclosure that a caller is speaking to an automated assistant
Telling callers what they are speaking to
Our agents identify themselves as automated at the start of a call, and callers can ask to speak to a person. This is deliberate and is not a setting we will remove on request.
If this policy is broken
We may suspend or withdraw access to the service, remove content, and where the law requires it, disclose information to law enforcement. Where a suspension is reasonable and practical, we will tell you why.
Reporting misuse
If you have received a call you believe breaches this policy, tell us at hello@futurefacetech.com with the number called, the approximate time, and what happened. We investigate every report.
